Monique

from my porch in California, then we relocated to Texas and brought the bakes with us. A pivotal life moment reminded us that time is precious, so we took the leap — opening a little bake truck in partnership with my cousin. But Momo's is bigger than the truck. It started as an outlet during college — baking to decompress, sharing with classmates and coworkers, and watching it take on a life of its own. People kept saying I should sell, so I did. First

Delicious sourdough breads, perfect crumb and light crunch on crusts. The croissant sourdough is so buttery and I could finish a whole loaf in one sitting if my doctor's 'threat' wasn't on my conscience. Macarons are well aged, paper-thin light crunch on the shells and moist, soft chewy middle. Highlights of fillings include exotic flavors like tiramisu, tropical & citrus like mango, yuzu, passion fruit, tea influenced earl grey, strawberry matcha, Thai tea, just to name a few.
